ADVISORY COMMITTEE:

The following individuals comprise The Advisory Committee to the Fund Manager. Through their many years of experience in finance, property investment and business in general they are an invaluable source of information, guidance and advice to the Fund Manager:    

Sir Geoffrey Inkin MRICS

Sir Geoffrey had a distinguished career in the Army commanding 1st Bn. The Royal Welch Fusiliers. On leaving the Army he has been involved in large regeneration projects in Wales, his roles include: Chairman Cwmbran Development Corporation 1983-87; Chairman of the Land Authority for Wales 1986-98; Board Member Welsh development Agency 1984-87 and Chairman Cardiff Bay Development Corporation 1987-2000.  Given his previous experience above he was asked to be a consultant for Mansford Holdings Plc – multi-strategy real estate private investment firm from 2001-2003.  Sir Geoffrey has significant experience in areas of regeneration; dealing with both the public and private sector. He currently sits on the Justice Appointments Commission.

Simon Ronan Esq.

Simon has over 27 years of experience in the financial sector having worked with the Bank of Ireland, King and Shaxson, Save & Prosper, Robert Fleming and JP Morgan Securities. He has considerable experience in fund structuring and distribution, and has placed a wide variety of listed and unlisted funds with an extensive client base of both institutional investors and private wealth managers.
