Residential Property Asset Management Ltd was established in March 2009 by the directors and founders of Residential Property Group Limited (RPG); Robert Brown and James Turcan. These two individuals make up the executive directors of RPAM.

The Board of Directors is further enhanced by two highly respected Non Executive Directors; David Chaplin and Christopher Tabor.

The main emphasis of the business is the management of UK residential property portfolios and funds for high net worth investors and institutions.

The directors, together with their colleagues, have a demonstrable and strong track record in the successful identification, negotiation, purchase and management of residential assets.

Prior to working in residential property the Directors had a background in finance and investment.

The Directors have:

• worked together as a team for 15+ years and have overseen the purchase and management of more than £200 million of residential property throughout the UK on behalf of their clients.
• experience of managing residential property portfolios for a number of clients, and a strong performance track record.
• grown RPG into a leading independent residential property agency business based in the Midlands and East of England.
• aa demonstrable and strong track record in the successful identification, negotiation, purchase and management of residential assets in the Midlands and North of England.
