EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS:

ROBERT BROWN: (Executive Director)

Robert is a director of Residential Property Asset Management Ltd (RPAM) and Residential Property Group Ltd (RPG), establishing RPG in 2002 and RPAM in 2010. He was a founding shareholder in both companies. Prior to this he worked at Flemings London and JPMorgan Securities, New York where he held the title of vice president, emerging market equities. Robert is responsible for the strategic plan of the company and the overall business infrastructure. He has overseen the growth of the companies to managing in excess of 750 properties throughout the Midlands. He also oversees portfolio accounting and financial reporting, working with some of the biggest clients in the Group and overseeing all property acquisitions. Robert has extensive experience in both finance and property.

JAMES TURCAN: (Executive Director)

James is a director of Residential Property Asset Management Ltd (RPAM) and Residential Property Group Ltd (RPG). He was the other founding shareholder in the 2 companies. Prior to this he worked for Meyer International PLC before forming part of a management buy-out. In 2001 he completed an MBA at London City University, before establishing RPG in 2002 and RPAM in 2010. James is an experienced property investor with operational expertise and significant commercial experience. He is responsible for the strategic plan of the company and oversees the operations of the Company, project delivery and the property management and lettings team, aided by his excellent team of staff and proven systems. James has considerable experience in the property management sector and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Rob and James, who founded RPAM in 2010, have been involved in directly acquiring, developing and managing numerous major private rented sector (PRS) schemes. Between them they have acquired and managed more than £200m of residential properties.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS:

DAVID CHAPLIN: (Non-Executive Director)

David is the co-founder and President of Waverton Investment Management, prior to this he was Vice-Chairman and co-founder of J O Hambro Investment Management. Previous employers include Mercury Asset Management and Rowan Investment Managers Limited, where he was involved in the full range of investment management activities. David managed UK private client portfolios, including some of the largest at Waverton Investment Management before moving on to a more ambassadorial role in 2016.

CHRISTOPHER TABOR Bsc MRICS: (Non-Executive Director)

Christopher started his career with Gerald Eve in London and subsequently moved to ING. He was a senior director at ING Real Estate Investment Management for over ten years, with comprehensive knowledge of the Residential and Commercial property markets. During his tenure at ING he was variously; Head of Fund Launches; Head of Corporate Marketing and Sales and Senior Director of Corporate Asset Management. He was responsible amongst other things for restructuring one of the UK's largest residential real estate funds and assisting in raising over £1bn for ING funds.

Christopher set up TMCT Associates in 2008 and now manages around £300m worth of real estate in Central London, for both private clients and Funds, looking to enhance returns through refurbishment and redevelopment and change of use. Christopher is a senior real estate executive with over 30 years’ experience in both the corporate and investment property markets’.
