Property Advisory Services:
For investors with large portfolios of residential properties. Services include; bespoke portfolio advice, portfolio restructuring, market research and due diligence, purchase and sale advice, recommended trading strategies, development and refurbishment recommendations, and portfolio accounting.
Property Sourcing:
Offers customers a pro-active, dedicated property sourcing service in our areas of expertise.
Both secondary and new build properties are sourced for retained clients from on and off the open market. The focus on the purchase side of real estate transactions has given RPG an outstanding ability to identify the best residential assets and negotiate their purchase.
Property Lettings and Management:
A pro-active residential letting and management division. This division has organically grown to manage in excess of 400 properties (approx. £50 million of assets) throughout the Midlands and North for retained clients. RPG provides a centralised property management structure, outsourcing to proven local agents lettings and other services as necessary.
Project Management:
Ability to control and tightly manage refurbishment and maintenance on residential properties within the Group.
RPG offers direct property agency services to pooled funds and direct investors.
Direct Properties under management: Circa 500 units or £50mln GAV.
