Since then we have organically grown to managing in excess of £100m of residential properties throughout the East Midlands. By combining local sales and lettings expertise in branch offices with our centralised property management function, we are able to offer landlords a superior customer service, and a greater range of services.

Since 2002 RPG have built up a strong, established platform to provide property lettings and management services. RPG is now well placed to benefit from the structural changes in the tenure of private housing and the increasing proportion of privately rented accommodation in the UK. In 2013 RPG acquired 2 property management companies further expanding our property management services in the East Midlands. Given our thriving lettings and property management business, our local offices and our expert staff; we wanted to harness this “property expertise” and offer our clients a sales, estate agency service. In 2016 the company made an entrance into the estate agency market in its local branch offices. In order to provide an improved service to our clients we have identified a number of locations for further office expansion within the East Midlands and East of England over the short term.
